English Number Writing Rules
Numbers 1–12 have unique names. 13–19 end in "-teen". Tens end in "-ty" (twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety). Hundreds: one hundred, two hundred… Thousands: one thousand, two thousand… Millions: one million, two million… Billions: one billion.
